2. Wash Your Hands Often

Even if you try to touch as few public surfaces as possible throughout your day, it is still important to wash your hands frequently. This is especially important after using the restroom and before eating. While hand sanitizer can be helpful when a sink is not available, washing your hands with water is the best bet for getting rid of germs.

Many people do not realize that when they touch their phones while out and about, they may be transferring bacteria or viruses from public places to their phone. 4. Eat Healthily
